About Us

The original founder of Morgan Termite and Pest Control, H. Ray Morgan, started his journey in pest control in California. He worked for a pest control company, Dewey Pest, before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1948. After this move, Ray began working as a chef, but never lost his passion for pest control. Working out of his car, Ray ran a small pest control business and serviced homes in the Las Vegas area. Once he built up a large enough clientele, Ray decided it was time to officially open his pest control business. With hard work and dedication, the first Morgan Termite and Pest Control company, which serviced the greater Las Vegas area, was opened in 1955.

Residents and business owners in Las Vegas began to take note of Ray Morgan’s high-quality service which was provided at a reasonable price. This allowed his business to take off at an incredible pace, leading Ray to open a branch office in St. George, Utah in 1962. To ensure that this branch of Morgan Pest Control was run in a way that met his high standards, Ray employed many members of his family. This meant that Ray was not only creating a stronger business, but a stronger family, as well.

Upon his death in 1984, Morgan Pest Control was passed into the capable hands of Don Warner.

After many years of continuing Ray’s legacy in excellence, Don Warner retired from the business in 2005. After his retirement, he sold the booming St. George business to Dave Kipp.

Beginning in 1991, Dave began working in the pest control industry and, soon after, decided to start his own pest control company, Dead Aim Pest control, in 1995. Dave relocated his family to St. George and purchased Morgan Termite and Pest Control in 2005 after Don Warner’s retirement.

Dave Kipp’s hard work, dedication, terrific customer service, and the best technology in the business have helped to propel Morgan Pest Control to great heights. Kipp also firmly believes in the importance of giving back to the community. He gladly donates his time and resources to local schools and organizations in St. George and beyond. This is the type of business that communities are proud to have.
